Shipping costs --- flat rate of ₤ 2.00 per item (equal to $3.00 USD)
We ship packages every day to the UK via the United States Postal Service. Packages are handed off to the Royal
Mail for final delivery. Transit times vary, but typically packages are received within 7-11 business days. In some
cases delivery is slowed by Customs which may add a few days to the ultimate delivery. You can expect a
shipping confirmation by email once your package has been shipped.
Please note that we ship all of our orders in small quantities, i.e. a maximum of 1-2 items per parcel. If you have a
larger order, i.e. more than 1 item, we will likely break the order up into multiple parcels (all shipped out the same
day) but your total shipping charges will not increase. In our past experience with Royal Mail, we have found that
parcels arrive several days sooner when kept to a relatively small package/box size. In the event that your order is
split up amongst a few packages, there may be a small delay between deliveries - typically no more than a few
days - depending on the order in which Royal Mail processes their mail batches.
Lastly - It is the responsibility of all customers to familiarize themselves with the laws governing dietary
supplements in their country.
